Holm, who famously defeated UFC legend Ronda Rousey in 2015, returned to action earlier this month against Irene Aldana in Abu Dhabi.
And the 38-year-old UFC star chalked up her 14th professional win by unanimous decision in the five-round clash on 'Fight Island.'
UFC chief White has been a long-time supporter of Trump and even endorsed him publicly at conventions and rallies.
Speaking to ESPN, the 51-year-old revealed that the US president told him that he was blown away by Joaquin Buckley's incredible KO win over Impa Kasanganay at UFC Fight Night 179.
But Trump, 74, then told White that Holm looked "reborn" and added that she is "back."
White explained: "I talked with the president yesterday, and the president says to me, 'How about that Buckley knockout. Have you ever seen anything like that in your life?'
"I said, 'Mr President, I don't think anybody has seen anything like that.' You know it was the biggest viral video on social media.
"And then he says to me, 'How about Holly Holm, she looks reborn. She looks like she is a completely different person. She is back!'"
White went on to praise the success of UFC in the pandemic by saying that the whole "world is watching all of us right now."
The UFC chief told ESPN: "What's amazing is our numbers are through the roof right now on social media.
"Whether it is on ESPN, ESPN+ or pay-per-view, the world is watching all of us right now. It has been an amazing run for us."
