Conor McGregor's UFC return has been plunged into doubt as his fight isn't listed on UFC's official website.
'The Notorious' had claimed he would fight in Las Vegas on January 18 with Donald Cerrone his likely opponent.
But UFC's first pay-per-view event of 2020, UFC 246, will take place on February 9 at the Honda Center in Houston.
Jon Jones is set to main event that show so it seems McGregor may not be returning at his slated date.

Furthermore, UFC heavyweight Aleksei Oleinik shared a fight contract that has the January 18th event listed as a UFC Fight Night.
McGregor hasn't fought since his defeat to Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229 in October 2018.
He announced last month in a press conference in Russia that he would be returning to the promotion early next year.

The 31-year-old's manager has recently said that talks had been 'progressing' when it came to signing a fight.
Speaking to the South China Morning Post, Audie Attar claimed:
"We've met them, we're in close communication with them. I would hope that an announcement could happen in the coming weeks, but at the end of the day, it's still a work in progress."
The prospect of the Irishman's return has excited many UFC fans.

McGregor has even been teasing fans with who else he may fight after his return.
Jorge Masvidal is one man who is keen to face McGregor.
He replied to McGregor's tweet claiming he is 'the only one' that he should be stepping into the octagon with.
