Conor McGregor's comeback fight was over in less than a minute after the Irishman suffered another leg injury against Max Holloway.
McGregor's comeback five years after breaking his leg in defeat against Dustin Poirier was confirmed to be the highest gate in UFC history but ended in disaster.
The former two-weight world champion was matched against Holloway, a man he had previously defeated while suffering an ACL tear.
It seemed history repeated itself inside a minute with McGregor seemingly struggling with a knee injury.

Holloway told the referee: "This fight is done, he's hurt."
The bout continued as McGregor attempted to stand on his leg but was called off just seconds later.

UFC commentator Joe Rogan believes the Irish star blew his knee out when attempting a wild jumping roundhouse kick just seconds into the bout.
Rogan said: "He runs out at the start of the fight, jumps and throws a kick.
"He steps, watch his right leg, and right there. Blows his knee out right there.
"He tries to throw it again and it buckles. He winces in pain. It's his right knee, that is crazy. That is literally crazy.
"He blew his right knee out. He blew his knee out in the first fight with Holloway too.
"He did it with the very first thing he threw. If he didn't just jump out wild like that..."
The UFC also showed footage of McGregor standing gingerly during his pre-fight checks following his walkout but made clear they were not speculating McGregor entered the cage injured.
McGregor left the cage before conducting a post-fight interview meaning he was unable to clarify exactly what happened.
Holloway said post-fight: "Give it up for Conor McGregor guys. He's an absolute animal. I kept trying to call the fight but he kept asking to fight on.
"But you guys are lucky now, you get to see Holloway vs McGregor 3 now. Let's get this f****** money boys!"
"What can I say? I had him weak in the knees I guess!"
Holloway said: "It is what it is. I'm going to sit down with Hunter, sit down with UFC, so much hype for that damn.
"We got to run it back. We got to see it again. We need one more.
"I worked my ass off to get to 170 and for it to end like this just sucks."
