Khabib Nurmagomedov has been offered $100 million to fight Floyd Mayweather in a boxing fight in Saudi Arabia, or to fight Conor McGregor in a rematch.

Mayweather has revealed that he'll be back in action at some point this year and he's set to team up with UFC president Dana White as part of his return, leading to talk that 'Money' could face someone from UFC.

There's been talk in the past of Khabib facing Mayweather and the Russian's manager Ali Abdelaziz revealed to TMZ that he's been offered huge money for the fight, saying, "I know some people in Saudi Arabia right now. They met with me. They want to pay $100 million to fight Conor in Saudi Arabia. They want to pay $100 million for Khabib to fight Floyd in Saudi Arabia."

As per the American outlet though the fight is unlikely to happen, in the Middle East country at least, because the UFC doesn't have a good relationship with the Saudis.

The MMA promotion handed back a $400 million investment to the Saudi government after the killing of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi by agents of the government in 2018.

The Saudis have been accused of 'sportwashing' in recent years by trying to paint the country in a more positive light by bringing high profile sporting events to the country.

Anthony Joshua's victory over Andy Ruiz Jr, in their world heavyweight title rematch in December, took part in Diriyah, with many people questioning the decision.

WWE has also come under huge criticism for holding two big events in the Middle East a year with the government paying big money and getting the company's biggest names on the show, often including retired legends.

Before any future fight against Mayweather, Khabib has his eyes set on Tony Ferguson. The American will challenge for the UFC lightweight title at UFC 249 in April.

The pair have been scheduled to fight each other on four previous occasions without the fight happening for one reason or another.

Should he get past El Cucuy then the Daegestany may have to face McGregor in a rematch and Abdelaziz had some strong words for the Irishman, saying, "Conor will have to start beating some guys who are relevant.

"Hey, bitch, go fight Justin Gaethje, get a win, and after that, come back for a title shot."
