Timing to prove Perfect at Plumpton

We had another 10 winners yesterday and there are nine meetings in Britain and Ireland on Bank Holiday Monday.

Racing takes place at Chepstow, Fakenham, Huntingdon, Market Rasen and Plumpton over the jumps, whilst flat meetings are held at Redcar on turf and Wolverhampton on the All Weather. Cork in Ireland hosts a combined flat and jump meeting whilst race-by-race selections for Fairyhouse can be found here.

Danny Archer's selections for the rest of the day's racing are here...

Copper to strike gold at Chepstow

2:30: Chepstow - How's Vienna 4/1.

Advised at Stratford on Saturday but was withdrawn. Won well at Wincanton last time and he looks he has the potential to win again with Sam Twiston-Davies riding.

3:40: Chepstow - Ink Master 10/3.

Has not been seen since July 2016 when he ran no sort of race. Had looked progressive before hand and looks worth a shout here.

4:15: Chepstow - Celestial Magic 9/2 Each Way (1/4).

Winner of two of his last three starts and despite this being quicker ground today, he has a chance of winning again.

4:50: Chepstow - Sykes 5/2.

Likes it round here and whilst he will have to improve on fourth placed effort at Newbury last time, this mark does not look beyond him, having won off just 1lb higher.

5:55: Chepstow - If You Say Run 6/4.

Five-year-old daughter of Mahler represents powerful connections who do well with their bumper horses first time out.

Jammin to be Master at Cork

4:05: Cork - Jammin Masters 15/8.

Second at Downpatrick reads well and looks capable of going one better here.

4:40: Cork - Darwins Fox 4/5.

Should win here as looks the class act having finished sixth in the Aintree Foxhunters last time.

5:15: Cork - Fabulous Saga evens.

Father and son had a bumper winner here yesterday and this five-year-old looks sure to make his presence felt on rules debut.

5:50: Cork - Lackaneen Leader 4/5.

Gordon Elliott and Jamie Codd team up with this daughter of Oscar who looks good enough based on her point-to-point form to win this.

Shade to have moment in Sun at Fakenham

3:25: Fakenham - Boher Lad 2/1.

Impressive when landing a contest at Southwell last time. Might be up to defying a rise in the weights

4:35: Fakenham - Sunshade 9/4.

Nicky Henderson has won this race on four of the last runnings and this daughter of Sulamani is entitled to have a good shout at making a winning debut.

Sir to hit right Note at Fakenham

2:20: Huntingdon - Hint Of Grey 3/1.

Beat a horse who has won since with a game display at Sedgefield latest and may be a decent bet here.

2:55: Huntingdon - Sir Note 13/8.

Taking his racing well and entitled to be thereabouts based on his excellent form at present.

Movie to become legend at Market Rasen

2:10: Market Rasen - Galactic Power 9/4.

Running really well at the moment and might just be capable of landing the hat-trick.

2:45: Market Rasen - Pickamix 5/4.

Been running well over hurdles and might just get a victory here.

3:20: Market Rasen - Compadre 9/2 Each Way (1/4).

Was running a big race when falling last time out and with his yard in great form, if he is over that fall, he might just win this.

3:55: Market Rasen - Movie Legend 6/4.

Beaten by a horse from Paul Nicholls' yard who has won again since and looks entitled to go one better.

4:30: Market Rasen - Barrys Jack 5/1 Each Way (1/5).

Tanked into the lead last time on first start for new trainer before tying up in closing stages. Has to improve but looked a decent sort that day.

Timing to prove Perfect at Plumpton

3:00: Plumpton - Perfect Timing evs.

Not the most reliable sort but won well last time.

4:10: Plumpton - Lou Vert 11/8.

Was going well when falling at Wincanton last time. Should run a big race if none the worse for that.

4:45: Plumpton - Bolister 9/4. **NON-RUNNER*

Gary Moore does well with his horses here and this six-year-old son of Le Balafre ran well on good ground in October here and will appreciate the conditions therefore.

Rebel to lead pack at Redcar

2:05: Redcar - Carlton Frankie 9/4.

Looked a decent prospect with York victory when getting up close home despite being green and holds a good chance here.

2:35: Redcar - Carigrad 3/1.

Making debut on turf but this is a long trip and he should make it a worthwhile one.

4:20: Redcar - Hidden Rebel 9/1 Each Way (1/5).

Ran well on All Weather at Wolverhampton last time in what should have been a lovely pipe-opener for this.

5:30: Redcar - Mr Globetrotter 9/4.

Returns to turf after win at Newcastle on All Weather last time. Looks one to keep on side.

Hydroxide to mix right chemicals at Wolverhampton

12:30: Wolverhampton - Bahango 10/3.

Done well this term on the Tapeta and might just defy new rise in the weights.

1:00: Wolverhampton - Hydroxide 15/8.

Interviewed connections after his second at Doncaster in September and I think they'll be disappointed he hasn't won yet. This looks an opportunity to finally get his head in front.

1:30: Wolverhampton - Rock Of America 3/1.

Very unlucky not to win last time and should go well.

2:05: Wolverhampton - Therthaar 11/10.

Three wins at this track in succession make him interesting.

2:40: Wolverhampton - Oxford Don evens.

Second last time entitles him to go close here.

3:10: Wolverhampton - Medahim 7/4.

Frankie Dettori comes here for the ride on this 2000 Guineas entry who won well on debut last term at Kempton.

3:45: Wolverhampton - Binky Blue 7/2.

Won over course and distance before and met trouble in running last time.

**NEW ADDITIONS**

1:50: Cork - Golden Pearl 4/1 Each Way (1/4).

Did not get the best of runs at Naas but that should have blown away the cobwebs and he represents a superb handler. Should prove better than a mark of 81 on the turf and looks the one to side with.

4:45: Plumpton - Cor Wot An Apple 15/8.

On form has plenty to find and has never won a race but was once rated 102 over hurdles. He races off a mark of 89 today which makes me think he might just be able to get his head in front.

3:45: Redcar - Wentworth Falls 4/1 Each Way (1/4).

Was very impressive at Doncaster last time despite being a massive price and no reason why he cannot win again.

4/1 Win Treble

2:00: Chepstow - Copper Kay.

Excellent second in a warm Grade Two event at Newbury last time. Best horse in the race; should win well.

2:25: Plumpton - Most Celebrated.

Decent sort who is by far the class horse in this race.

3:55: Market Rasen - Movie Legend.

Lucky 15

2:45: Market Rasen - Pickamix

3:10: Wolverhampton - Medahim

4:05: Cork - Jammin Masters

4:10: Plumpton - Lou Vert
