A bunch of some big-name stars have set the court alight at the US Open this year.

But none have earned as bigger cheer from the crowd as this legend has.

The cult hero tennis fan who took the US Open by storm last year has re-emerges 12 months later, pulling off the same iconic stunt that made her a viral internet sensation.

Beer-skolling spectator Megan Lucky was catapulted into the spotlight back in 2021 when she, well, effortlessly skolled a beer.

It seems this is becoming tradition at this point 🍻 pic.twitter.com/vTO1hUJVNS

Lucky was in attendance for the clash between Felix Auger-Aliassime and Roberto Bautista Agut when she noticed herself on the big screen inside the arena.

Without any hesitation, she then ctrl alt deleted an entire ice-cold beverage with ease as the crowd cheered her on.

She then did it again later on, snatching a beer from the bloke sitting beside her before quickly downing it.

It was a flawless performance of beer-chugging.

Unfortunately, we didn't see the American fan appear at any other sporting events again – well, until now.

12 months on and Lucky has made her return to Flushing Meadows, pouncing at the opportunity to smash another beer while the camera was locked on her.

Footage of the woman's heroics flooded Twitter, but it was the US Open's official account which actually posted it – how good!

"Back-to-back US Open champ," the caption read.

And fans were absolutely loving it.

One commented: "Give her a medal!"

While another said: "This MUST happen every year!!"

As a third suggested: "She needs to get free tickets for at least five years."

You love to see it.

Max Sherry is a journalist for SPORTbible Australia. After migrating Down Under from London as a teenager, he instantly fell in love with Aussie sport and its culture. From NRL to AFL, cricket to rugby — you name it, Max watches it (with a beer in hand, of course). During his time at Fox Sports, he worked in the football department covering the Premier League, A-League, Socceroos and Matildas. Born a stone's throw away from West Ham's training ground, Max is obviously a die-hard Liverpool fan.
