The woman who had to be restrained by referee Rob Spencer during the opening session of the World Snooker Championship final between Shaun Murphy and Wu Yize has been revealed.
Wu was leading Murphy by 67 points to 41 in the third frame at the Crucible when he was interrupted just before playing his shot.
A woman from the crowd had managed to climb over the security barriers and to the front of the arena, near to where Wu was lining up his shot.
She shouted out: "Who f***ing pays their TV licence anyway? Who f***ing pays their TV licence? You hardly use it."

Referee Spencer quickly moved across to hold her back, before security were able to intervene and escort her from the venue - much to the delight of the fans inside the Crucible that were there to watch the snooker.

It has now emerged that the person ejected from the arena has an account on OnlyFans, as well as an online presence on other social media platforms.
In a video, which was re-posted to Twitter by the account @Snooker147Lover, she claimed that she was planning an X-rated stunt before security managed to stop her.
She added that, despite making a foul-mouthed comment about the BBC and snooker, she knew who Ronnie O'Sullivan was and wished that he was in the final.
Reacting to the video, one snooker fan wrote: "Snooker is meant to be one of the last bastions from these halfwits."
A second said: "I'd love to get tickets for the world snooker final. And here's this muppet!!!"
And a third added: "Kindly stay the f**k away from us."
O'Sullivan lost in the second round at the Crucible, suffering a 13-12 defeat to fellow Class of '92 member John Higgins in one of the matches of the tournament.
In the final, Murphy and Wu were level at 4-4 at the end of the first session, after Wu had won the opening three frames of the match.
Chinese star Wu then took five of the first seven frames in the second session, played on Sunday night, to go 9-6 ahead, before taking a 10-7 overnight lead into Monday.
He is looking to win his first World Championship and become the second Chinese player to lift the trophy, with compatriot Zhao Xintong having done so for the first time in 2025.
Zhao became the fourth player to win the title as a qualifier, with Murphy following Alex Higgins and Terry Griffiths in doing so in 2005.
'The Magician' is playing in his fifth final at the Crucible, with the Englishman having most recently lost 18-15 to Mark Selby in 2021.
