David Beckham is an attendance today at Wimbledon, where both Rafael Nadal and world number one Andy Murray will be in action on centre court in round of 32 matches against Karen Khachanov and Fabio Fognini respectively.

And with 'Goldenballs' making another appearance for the prestigious tournament, it gives us the perfect opportunity to take a short trip down memory lane to when Beckham upstaged the action on the court in 2015.

When watching Brits Jamie Murray and John Peers defeat Israelis Jonathan Erlich and Philipp Petzschner in the semi-finals on Day 10 two years ago, 'Becks' was on hand to produce a typically perfect catch when the ball spun up in the air from a wayward serve.

Sitting in the Royal Box, looking dapper as fuck in a suit as per usual, the former England captain reacted quickest, catching the ball before hurling it back onto the lawn.

His reaction is absolutely priceless. Check out the brilliant clip here:

A wry smile, then a polite wave as the crowd can't help but applaud the bit of quick thinking served up by the decorated footballer. Just superb.

The video, cleverly titled 'Catch it like Beckham' has amassed over 2 million views on Wimbledon's official YouTube channel. There's no doubt they certainly won't mind Beckham, a regular for Wimbledon every year, repeating his heroics this year.

In more recent Beckham news, the 42-year old was inducted into Paris Saint-Germain's Hall of Fame despite only making 14 times in a five-month stint in what proved to be his final career move, in 2013.

Described as a "fashion icon and ambassador" after finishing "his career in beauty as a champion of France", Beckham joins Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Jay-Jay Okocha and George Weah in the star-studded class.
