Golden State Warriors ace Stephen Curry set an incredible NBA record last night by shooting 13 of 17 three-pointers scoring a season-high 46 points as his side beat New Orleans Pelicans 116-106.
The 28-year-old shot 13 of 17 from the three-point range with a 76% shooting accuracy in a single game, having shared the previous record (12) with Kobe Bryant and Donyell Marshall but is now lone company.
Following the game Curry said; "This was a special night." While coach Steve Kerr lauded the point-guard for his terrific display; "That was quite a show. Not at all surprising the way Steph bounces back from bad nights."

The bad night Kerr is referring to is a rare poor day on the court for Curry having missed all of his 10 three-pointers against LA Lakers three days ago snapping a 157 regular-game streak with at least one long-ranger.
