The last few months have been the toughest of Ronda Rousey's MMA career, with 'Rowdy' losing her UFC Women's Bantamweight title to Holly Holm at UFC 193, suffering a severe concussion in the process and then revealing that she felt suicidal in the aftermath of the fight. And any fans hopeful of seeing Rousey return at UFC 200, as has been widely rumoured she will do, shouldn't get their hopes up.

A picture has surfaced of Rousey looking different from her usual fighting shape during a shoot for the new UFC video game, which suggests the former champ is, thankfully, focusing on a complete and full recovery rather than rushing into any sort of comeback.

Given Rousey's recent troubling revelations about her mental state following UFC 193 , it's good to see that she's not focusing on the octagon at the moment, regardless of the unfinished business she may have with Holly Holm.

Of course, Rousey is still far from out of shape and would likely give the majority of the UFC women's division the fight of their lives at a moment's notice. We imagine she can't wait to do just that to both Holm and new Bantamweight champ Miesha Tate, whom Rousey has beaten twice already.
