Hulk Hogan Rumoured To Be Making A WWE Return At Wrestlemania

Hulk Hogan Rumoured To Be Making A WWE Return At Wrestlemania

Surely not?!

If Donald Trump really wanted to win the US election then he'd have made Hulk Hogan's "I Am A Real American" the whole theme of his campaign rather than "Make America Great Again." Hogan however could be about to make Wrestlemania great again if rumours are true.

Hogan has been out of the WWE since July 2015 after recordings of a conversation involving the founder of Hulkamania. On the tapes Hogan was heard using the 'n' word a lot and other racial slurs expressing his disgust at the idea of his daughter with a black man, delightful stuff.

The WWE terminated his contract and removed all traces of Hulk from their website and shop. That included removing him as a judge on their talent show Tough Enough and from their Hall of Fame web page.

However with their stances reportedly softened there are rumours he could make a return. And his daughter added fuel to the fire in an interview with TMZ suggesting the 12 time world champion could return at next year's Wrestlemania:

The 63 year old has started to be mentioned again on WWE whereas previously the company completely ignored his existence. And a return at Mania would cause a huge pop, as long as he's not actually competing because that would look awful.

Being that his future is down to Vince McMahon it's not beyond the realms of imagination to think of some cringey spot where Hogan returns to save the New Day in the most blatant "look I'm not a racist, some of my best friends are black" moment of all time, a part of me just died realising how possible that is!

Still though, President Trump will be happy about it all!
