Conor McGregor attempts to conquer a feat never achieved in UFC history as he bids to hold two UFC titles, simultaneously. But before the action gets underway from the States in New York for UFC 205, McGregor's former promotion, Cage Warriors, stage a packed event in London.

The Irishman seeks to become a two-weight champion in another promotion following his exploits in Cage Warriors claiming both featherweight then lightweight belts.

And ahead of the bumper night of mixed-martial-arts, TheSPORTbible spoke exclusively with McGregor's former manager and promoter, CWFC president Graham Boylan.

(Boylan hands over the CWFC feather and lightweight titles following defeating Ivan Buchinger in 2012)

The current 145lbs kingpin looks to emulate only BJ Penn and Randy Couture by winning UFC titles in two different divisions, so how does Crumlin-fighter stack up against past greats?

"For now he's doing great things, I think its a bit early to talk about 'of all time' but as regards popularity outside the sport, yes, you can't argue. Opened eyes of the commercial world to MMA on there's no question about it - He's brought a lot of attention to the sport."

Still just 28-years-old, though a holder of an array of records, Boylan believes he has the potential to eventually be considered the 'GOAT', continuing to add.

"I think he can be the greatest of all time, but we gotta wait for time to pass to call that right. Popularity wise he's got that, fighting wise he's still young in his career and the term GOAT should come in time based on where he ends up."

McGregor's former Cage Warriors titles are both on the line on Saturday night as Liverpool heroes Paddy Pimblett and Chris Fishgold defend their featherweight and lightweight titles, respectively.
