A light-heavyweight title fight is heading to Buffalo, New York, as Daniel Cormier defends his belt against former foe Anthony Johnson at UFC 210.

The rematch will top the card on Saturday April 8th 2017 - early hours of Sunday morning for us U.K and Irish folks.

Cormier has defended the title just the once. Beating Swedish superstar Alexander Gustafsson in a thrilling five-round contest, with his last bout versus Anderson Silva a non-title affair. The 37-year-old out-pointed the Brazilian legend at UFC 200.

Meanwhile, Johnson is on a scary three-fight win streak since losing to 'DC' notching up three big KO's while earning 'Performance of the Night' bonuses in each of his last three appearances. 'Rumble' is fresh off a 13-second starching over Glover Teixeira at UFC 202.

The bout precedes their first fight back at UFC 187 where Cormier submitted Johnson in the third round to claim the title vacated by Jon Jones. The rematch was set to take place last year at UFC 206, though an injury to Cormier forced him withdrawing with Johnson opting to wait for his return.

As well as the eagerly-anticipated 205lbs-title implicated clash, ex-UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman looks to get back to winning ways when he returns against European standout Gegard Mousasi.

The New York-native is on a two-fight losing skid, whereas Mousasi is riding a four-fight win steak including impressive back-to-back victories on U.K soil against Vitor Belfort and Uriah Hall.

UFC 210 is shaping up very nicely!
