Here's how much I'm a Celebrity contestants earn as two sports stars have been named in this year's line-up.

The line-up for I'm a Celebrity 2025 has been revealed, with former women's football star Alex Scott and Angry Ginge - real name Morgan Burtwistle - poised to join the camp.

Scott played for Arsenal and Birmingham City in her career and earned 140 caps for England. She has become a presenter and pundit since retiring from football.

Angry Ginge is a hugely popular influencer and manages Baller League side Yanited. He played in this year's Soccer Aid and was named Man of the Match.

Well, it varies depending on each contestant's level of fame, career stage and star power.

On average, first-time participants earn between £150,000 and £300,000 for a three-week stint, while lesser-known or emerging TV personalities often receive around £50,000–£100,000.

International names and established stars, however, can negotiate even higher rates.

The pay is meant to compensate for physically demanding trials and being away from professional commitments for several weeks.

I'm a Celebrity has rich history of featuring sports stars, with the likes of Harry Redknapp, Ian Wright and Amir Khan all competing on the show.

Not to mention Wayne Rooney's wife Coleen Rooney, who pocketed a reported £1.5 million for her appearance last year.

She is thought to be the highest-paid contestant in I'm a Celebrity history.

Former Tottenham and Portsmouth manager Redknapp, who won the show in 2018, was paid a reported £500,000.

Arsenal legend Wright received £400,000, while ex-world champion boxer David Haye earned an estimated £165,000.

Boxing star Khan claims to have earned £700,000 for his stint in the jungle.

Speaking to New Zealand Daily, he said: "When I went in there, I got paid $1million [£700,000] and that was a lot of money. It was an amazing experience and one of the best I ever had."
