NBA legend Kevin Durant’s former house was briefly available on the market for just $35.
The Houston Rockets' power forward owned the property in Oklahoma City during his nine-year stay with the Oklahoma City Thunder between 2007 and 2016.
He burst onto the scene with the franchise before joining Golden State Warriors.
After three years in San Francisco, the 36-year-old also enjoyed spells with the Brooklyn Nets and Phoenix Suns before his move to Houston.

Durant left the Nets after putting in a trade request due to an unhealthy work environment.
The stunning townhouse is just a short drive from the Paycom Center, where the Thunder play their home games.
Durant reportedly sold the property for $1.15 million after leaving to join the Warriors, but the current owners were willing to put the house on the market for just $35.
However, the decision to list the property at such a low price was nothing but a marketing gimmick.

Oklahoma City estate agent Leasha Larkpor, who works for Thunder Team Realty, revealed that current owner is expecting offers closer to the $1.15 million Durant sold the property for when he left the franchise for the Bay Area.

"The owner felt like a basketball enthusiast or Kevin Durant fan would be interested in owning a piece of history," she told the New York Post via email in July.
"The owner is expecting to have offers around $1 million."

Durant is one of the greats of the modern game, having won the NBA Championship twice during his illustrious career.
Both his triumphs occurred during his time with the Warriors, with his first coming in 2017 and his second coming in 2018.
He was also named the NBA Finals MVP on both occasions, an honour generally reserved exclusively for the greats of the sport.
Durant is also a 15-time All-Star, and he was named the MVP of the All-Star game in 2012 and 2019.

Perhaps most impressively of all, he won the NBA Most Valuable Player prize in 2014.
Durant was at the centre of one of the most lucrative trades in NBA history last month.
He joined the Rockets from the Suns, but seven franchises and 13 players were reportedly involved in the deal.
