A streaming star was caught in an altercation with a former UFC champion during Anthony Joshua’s fight with Jake Paul.
Jack Doherty, 22, has been involved in several controversies during his career as a streamer after gaining internet fame at an early age following an appearance on Logan Paul’s podcast.
Doherty boasts over 15m subscribers on YouTube and regularly streams himself walking around various states in the United States, often finding himself hiding behind his personal security team.

He was banned from the KICK streaming platform in 2024 after crashing his McLaren 570S while looking at his phone during a livestream. He was cited by the Florida Highway Patrol arrested just over a year later in Miami for traffic stunts, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and resisting an officer without violence.
Doherty is set to appear in court at a later date and was in attendance at the Kayesa Center to watch Joshua’s six-round knockout victory against Paul.
Footage that went viral after the fight showcased ex-UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski fighting with Doherty’s posse after the streamer bumped into the 46-year-old backstage.
Arlovski is shown throwing punches and kicks at his friends while Doherty stayed behind his bodyguard.
Now, the streamer has spoken out on the incident and revealed what happened.
“How did I start the Andrei Arlovski fight?” he wrote on his official X page.
“Watch the video u old twitter f***s u guys just point the finger at the kid who’s half ur age and way richer than u, I would do the same tho.
“I was just walking by and he tries to kick me for no reason and that’s how it all started… I literally didn’t say or do anything to him but I’ll always be the bad guy in the situation lol.”
He added: “The Andrei Arlovski fight started cause he randomly tried to kick me when I was walking by,”
Arlovski is yet to comment on the incident.
His last fight in the UFC was a split decision defeat to Martin Buday in June 2024.
He currently holds the record for the most wins in UFC heavyweight history.
