Paddy Pimblett has explained how he lost 40lbs for his UFC 314 fight against Michael Chandler as he underwent a remarkable body transformation.
Pimblett scored the biggest win of his MMA career at UFC 314 following his stunning victory over Chandler in Miami, Florida.
He stopped Chandler in the third round of their lightweight clash to propel himself up the UFC lightweight rankings.

But before he stepped foot inside the famed Octagon, Pimblett went through an extreme weight cut to make the lightweight limit at the official weigh-ins.
And he has since uploaded a new video on his YouTube channel, where he has documented his transformation.
Pimblett often begins his training camps far from the lightweight mark and usually performs a drastic weight cut to make the 155lbs limit.
And it was no different for his showdown against Chandler, starting camp around 190lbs.
Six weeks out from UFC 314, a frustrated Pimblett weighed himself, tipping the scales at 187.4lbs.

On March 3, he weighed 186.3lbs, having done a 3.5 mile run in the morning.
"Even though I started my diet early, my weight always annoys me. No matter what," he says.
'The Baddy' then tucks into a post-training meal of chicken pasta.
Five weeks out from UFC 314, Pimblett weighed 182.8lbs and was happier with the result than the previous day.

He continued to shed weight as his training camp ramped up. Part of his weight cut journey saw him travel to London to support teammates Nathan Fletcher and Molly McCann at UFC London.
On March 27, Pimblett weighed 174.9lbs.
Weight continued to drop as Pimblett did his final spar on April 2 - 10 days out from UFC 314.
Before flying to Miami, the 30-year-old weighed 171.4lbs.

Upon checking in with the UFC, Pimblett, who admitted to drinking five litres of water, weighed 176.4lbs.
Just 48 hours before the official UFC 314 weigh-ins, he weighed 170lbs.
Pimblett went through his paces to sweat out more weight and had UFC media obligations, including the pre-fight press conference amid his weight cut journey.

The Liverpool star had 13lbs to cut to make the UFC lightweight limit.
He had a hot bath and wore a sweat suit before making weight, calling it one of the easiest weight cuts of his career.
At the official UFC 314 weigh-ins, which took place a day before the event, Pimblett weighed 156lbs, meaning he made weight for his fight against Chandler.
