The official payslips for UFC 308 have leaked, revealing how much Ilia Topuria and Max Holloway received for their huge featherweight title clash.

On September 26, UFC featherweight champion Topuria successfully defended his belt against former champ Holloway, knocking him out in the third round of the bout.

Earlier in the evening, fan-favourite fighter Khamzat Chimaev made a triumphant return after submitting former middleweight champion Robert Whittaker early in the first round.

And in the wake of the exciting evening of fights, the payslips of every fighter on the card have been leaked online.

Unsurprisingly, the champion topped the list of the 26 fighters competing at the event, with BetMGM reporting that he bagged himself a total payout of $3,992,000 for successfully defending his title.

However, given the fact that he had finished a former champion who prior to the fight had never been knocked out before, Topuria felt he deserved more than the $50,000 performance of the night bonus awarded to him.

Speaking after the fight, the 27-year-old: “I knocked out Max Holloway and Dana only give me $50K? I hope he’s gonna give me a little bit more. I'm going to put my hopes in Dana."

Following Topuria on the list of the event's highest earners is his opponent in the main event, Holloway, who bagged $2,432,000 on Saturday night.

In the co-main event Chimaev earned a reported payout of $1,056,000, including a $50k performance bonus, while his opponent earned $771,000.

The final performance of the night bonus was awarded to the highly-rated prospect Sharabutdin Magomedov who earned $234,500 after producing a stunning knockout in the second round of his bout against Armen Petrosyan.

Meanwhile fight of the night was handed to Mateusz Rebecki and Myktybek Orolbai, who earned $234,500 and $114,000 respectively, after an exciting three round war earned them both $50k bonuses.

The lowest paid athlete competing on the UFC 308 card was Raffael Cerqueira who was paid just $19,000 after being knocked out in the first round by Ibo Aslan, who earned $102,000 for the win.

Manchester-based fighter Lerone Murphy, the only Brit on the card, earned himself $206,000 after winning a unanimous decision against UFC veteran Dan Ige.
