Footage of Conor McGregor in Ibiza before nightclub fight video has got fans saying the same thing

The former two-weight UFC champion became embroiled in a physical altercation in Ibiza.

Fans are all saying the same thing after watching footage captured just hours before Conor McGregor was involved in a physical altercation with a man in Ibiza on Tuesday.

This article contains graphic/violent content, which some viewers may find upsetting.

McGregor, 36, has been on the Spanish Balearic island of Ibiza in recent days and appeared to be enjoying his time before he became embroiled in an altercation on Tuesday.

According to the Sun, McGregor was standing on a raised platform while speaking to another man in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

However, things quickly turned sour as the Irishman appeared to throw two punches towards the man before several people got in between the pair.

Several witnesses have since explained their version of events.

One witness told the Sun: “Clearly something’s been said to annoy him and he’s reacted very badly.

“The guy seemed to fall to the floor, and his mates came to pick him up and get him away.

“There [didn't appear to be any] consequences for Conor, but the guy he punched was taken away, and I didn’t see him again.”

While another added: "Someone came up to them and when Conor hit him, about five people fell to the floor as the guy stumbled back.

"It was a bit like bowling pins, but the guy was really shaken by the hits.

"About a minute later, the bouncers came and got him on the back and took him out of the club, because he had annoyed Conor.

"It was right before close anyway. There was no messing around, they just removed him.

"Conor left through the garden a bit later, he didn't look very happy that they got into a fight."

Other footage had earlier been posted of McGregor at O Beach Club, which you can view below, and fans were quick to have their say on social media.

The MMA fighter could be seen walking through the beach club puffing a cigar while security guards led the way.

One user said: “Try not to cringe challenge.”

Another added: “Who in the world looks at that and thinks omg he's so cool.”

A third claimed: “Money and fame don't suit everyone.”

A fourth commented: “He’s not a happy man in reality. He made his dream come true now with a goal he’s lost in it all.”

What next for Conor McGregor?

Despite most fans seemingly wanting to see McGregor fight again, at the moment, this seems a long way off.

Back in May, UFC President Dana White issued an update on McGregor's situation.

“He’s not fighting anytime soon," White told Adam Glyn.

"I haven’t talked to him in a minute, but yeah, I don’t know."

McGregor has previously voiced how he wants to return to fighting and has even considered a bout in BKFC.

“I’d like a world title in this company,” McGregor said in February. “I would wish to be the Bare Knuckle world champion. That is a significant belt to hold in your career. Nobody from boxing to mixed martial arts can speak nothing bad on a Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship world champion. So for sure, I’d be coming in looking for the world title."
