'F**king unit' TJ Dillashaw is looking absolutely shredded ahead of title bout at UFC 280

'F**king unit' TJ Dillashaw is looking absolutely shredded ahead of title bout at UFC 280

TJ Dillashaw looks in supreme shape ahead of his fight against Aljamain Sterling.

TJ Dillashaw has shown off his remarkable physique ahead of his UFC bantamweight title bout against Aljamain Sterling.

The 36-year-old returns to action on Saturday as he faces Sterling in the co-main event of the stacked UFC 280.

He booked his title shot after beating Cory Sandhagen in a thrilling back-and-forth battle last summer.

Dillashaw will be looking to reclaim the UFC bantamweight title next and claims to be in the best shape of his life.

He shared a picture of himself in phenomenal shape, accompanied with the caption: "Waking up 72hrs before weigh ins and looking and feeling like I’m in the best shape of my life."

UFC fans online couldn't believe Dillashaw's supreme physique.

One Twitter user wrote: "Good god. This man looks to be on another level. I cannot wait for this fight."

A second added: "I don’t think I’ve ever seen a torso dip in the middle before."

A third added: "Bro is a f**king unit."

Dillashaw's bout with Sterling is just his second UFC appearance since his suspension.

He failed a drug test administered by the United State Anti-Doping Agency (USADA).

Speaking ahead of UFC 280, Dana White praised the way the American fighter handled his suspension.

"First of all, the guy is probably, and I don’t know this for a fact, but I would assume he’s one of the most tested guys in the company right now," he told Robbie Fox.

"USADA is probably all over him. But I think he made a mistake, and he handled it like a man. I’ll tell you what: We’ve had a lot of guys in the history of this company who have been busted for steroids and handled it the exact opposite way.

"They handled it not like men. Dillashaw did. He took it on the chin. You’ve got to respect him for that."
