Outside of MMA, the Liverpool-born UFC fighter is a loyal Reds supporter and isnāt too keen on the Premier League clubās Manchester rivals.
Pimblett admitted that Silva, who is representing Portugal at the World Cup, is an āunbelievableā player and a āproper baller.ā
But Pimblett insisted that he would love to step into the octagon with Silva, having previously wanted to fight āoverratedā Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes.
Speaking to Ray Parlour and Alan Brazil on Pub Talk, he said: āLast season, when he first got signed, it was Bruno Fernandes, ācause of how overrated he was.

āBut now, itās Bernardo Silva, lad. I donāt know anyone who likes Bernardo Silva, lad.
āHeās an unbelievable footballer. Heās a proper baller. But heās a horrible wrongāun. Heās a piece of s**t.
āThat time when they gave us [Liverpool] a guard of honour, and he just stood there. Come on lad.ā
Pimblett has candidly spoken about his desire to fight at Anfield, but UFC president White has ruled out the idea of hosting an event in an outdoor arena in the UK.
āIām not going outside. Iām definitely not going outside in f*****g England,ā he told The Spinnin Backfist MMA Show in June.

āIf youāre going to go outside, you go to Abu Dhabi where itās hot as hell and absolutely not going to rain but I donāt even like that.
āI donāt like having any outside factors that can affect the fight. Heat, wind, any of that stuff that can hurt the outcome of a fight, I donāt like.ā
