UFC Legend Khabib Nurmagomedov Makes Incredible Offer Of Three Sheep To Meet A Sporting Icon

Khabib Nurmagomedov made his offer to American comedian Bob Menery in one of the most bizarre -- and incredible -- exchanges of all time.

UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov is hilariously willing to put up three sheep in exchange for a meeting with Chicago Bulls icon Michael Jordan (watch it below).

The 33-year-old ex-UFC star debuted the MMA promotion Eagle Fighting Championship, which Khabib launched in 2020, in the US for the first time this month.

As Khabib worked on promoting the Eagle FC 44 event in Miami, Florida, American comedian Bob Menery shared his hilarious exchange with the MMA icon.

Posting on Instagram, Menery asked the Russian superstar how many sheep he would receive if he set up a meeting between Khabib and Jordan.

The Eagle would be willing to part ways with three sheep to Menery, with Khabib remaining firm on his offer.

“Three sheep. If you make me and Michael Jordan meet, I’m going to give you three sheep,” Khabib responded.

Menery is now on a mission to set up a meet between basketball legend MJ and Khabib, with the US comedian asking his followers for an “assist.”

He wrote to his 3.1m Instagram followers: “We made some weird deals on the [Full Send Podcast] show today.

“I gotta now get to Michael Jordan. Who can assist? I want those sheep. [Khabib Nurmagomedov] I’m coming for your sheep.”

Khabib announced his retirement from MMA in October 2020 after his sensational lightweight title defence against Justin Gaethje at UFC 254.

The UFC legend notched up an undefeated 29-0 professional record in an illustrious fighting career, with Khabib later vacating the lightweight title after his retirement.

Khabib has big ambitions for the future of Eagle FC and has already sent out a warning to UFC president Dana White and Bellator president Scott Coker.

The UFC Hall of Famer is ready to pounce on any disgruntled MMA fighters who want to leave the UFC or Bellator.

“Big organisations like UFC, Bellator, they have to be careful with their fighters because Eagle FC is here,” Khabib said.

“Of course, we’re trying to sign good athletes, great athletes with good names.

“At the same time, we’re working with the young generation, too. We have two goals. I just want to say be careful. If they don’t treat good fighters, Eagle FC is here.”
