New PFL CEO John Martin says he 'would love' the opportunity to work with Jake Paul over a blockbuster MMA fight.
Martin, a veteran media executive known for helping build billion-dollar brands, was named the new Chief Executive Officer of the PFL and has an exciting vision for the MMA promotion.
He's already made major changes since joining PFL, having shaken up the promotion with a new title format.
Martin recently announced a new, clear championship approach, crowning a PFL world champion in each division amid confusion.

A simple yet welcome change, with Martin now providing clarity on who is the undisputed champion in each weight class.
Martin, a lifelong MMA fan who has black belts with two karate schools, is also hoping to oversee Paul's MMA debut, with the YouTuber-turned-boxer signing a deal with the PFL in 2023, which gave him the option to compete inside the cage as well as perform an 'advisory' role.

Following Oleksandr Usyk's stunning call out of Paul, Martin 'would love' to discuss an MMA fight between the two boxing stars.

"I look forward to that. And my understanding is that if Jake decides he wants to fight MMA, he has a relationship with PFL and we'd be a great place for him to do it," he told SPORTbible.
"So we'll wait and see what happens. That'd be amazing," Martin added. "I mean look, Jake has done extraordinarily well in boxing and I think he's surprised a lot of people.
"And I would love to have the opportunity to consider him doing an MMA fight with PFL."

Paul has several notable wins over MMA legends, including Anderson Silva, Nate Diaz and Tyron Woodley.
Usyk, who holds all the major world heavyweight titles in boxing, challenged 'The Problem Child' to an MMA contest as he heads towards the end of his legendary boxing career.
On X, he wrote: "Soon, I'll close the book on boxing, and after that, I'll be waiting for you in the cage. Let's see if you've got the [bravery for it] or just a hunger for hype."
Judging by Martin's eagerness and willingness to make things happen under the PFL banner, he could be the man to deliver Usyk vs. Paul in the cage in what would be one of the biggest spectacles the sport has ever seen.
