A new training clip of Eddie Hall has got MMA fans talking ahead of his fight with Dillon Danis.
The former World's Strongest Man retired from strongman competition in 2017, after becoming the first Briton to win the title since 1993.
Since then, Hall has turned his attention to other sports, stepping into the boxing ring and more recently, mixed martial arts.
In boxing, he lost to Hafthor 'Thor' Bjornsson in what was billed as the heaviest boxing fight in history between two strongman champions.

Hall made his professional MMA debut in April 2025 against another strongman legend Mariusz Pudzianowski.
Hall knocked out the five-time World's Strongest Man winner just 27 seconds into the fight, demonstrating his immense power.
HIs next fight will see him take on Danis, who fought Logan Paul in 2023 but was disqualified in the sixth round when a mass brawl broke out.

Paul and Danis have agreed to fight with a 299lbs limit.
Although the bout is not expected to take place until early 2026, Hall has already started his preparations with an intense training camp.
In a 20-second clip that went viral on social media, Hall showcased his offensive power with a combination of kicks and punches.
He captioned the post: "Some say Dillon’s world class jiu-jitsu will be too much for me.

"Others say he’s never felt a real punch and I’ve got the hardest recorded punch on the planet. FACT."
After watching the footage, many fans took to social media - arguing that Hall will overpower Danis next year.
One fan wrote: "Man... there is no way Danis is going to go toe-to-toe with Eddie.

"He's going to go for the foot locks right off the bell .. or at least wrestle him a bit to gas him before going for a choke."
Another fan added: "This is silly.. Eddie Hall obliterates Dillon Danis,
"If he doesn’t gas out within 30 seconds and get put on his a**."
Other MMA fans were more cautious, warning that Danis could expose Hall's inexperience in the sport.

One fan wrote: "Whoever Eddie's trainer is, tell him to train leg lock defence.
"Eddie's strong enough to rip a guillotine off and maybe even an rnc.
"If Danis can even get past his neck, the legs will be what they're going for."
Hall is one of the strongest athletes in history, having set a world record on the Powerkube punching machine at the UFC Performance Institute in 2024.
But while his power is unquestionable, it remains unclear whether he has focused sufficiently on the defensive aspect of his game.
