UFC boss Dana White has been pictured showing off his insane body transformation.
It comes after the 53-year-old was told last year by mortality expert Gary Brecka that he had a life expectancy of just over 10 years.
He has since been putting in the work in the gym as his followers have been treated to progressive updates of his physique.
The latest snap comes from fitness instructor Kevin Bodda who posted a shredded-looking White to his Instagram stories.

White can be seen smiling as he rubs on his abs.
Looking as lean and as toned as ever, Bodda revealed just how hard White has worked in order to turn his health around.
He wrote: “No one I know works harder than this man right here @danawhite I've worked with him for the past 3 years and he's changed my life in so many ways I can't describe.

"He works hard at his craft and hard in the gym every damn day.
"I can only dream to become just like him. Love you my brother."
It’s not the first update we’ve seen of White’s ripped physique in recent times.
The UFC President took to social media in October to show off his slimmed-down physique, posting a picture of himself topless in the gym alongside a video of himself talking about his incredible transformation.

He wrote at the time: “Everyone has been asking me about me dying in 10.4 years. I told the entire story to @wellnessbykelley and how my life has completely changed in 10 week with @garybrecka and 10X health systems.”
It came after White appeared on the Action Junkeez podcast to reveal exactly why he decided to get in shape.
He told the podcast: "This guy can take your blood and your DNA and tell you when you're going to die, and they're right within a month.
"I connect with this guy, and they come in and they do my blood work and they scrape the insides of your cheeks to do your DNA. And the following Wednesday is when my results are supposed to be back.

"So, he calls me [and says] I’m going to come out personally and walk you through your blood work. He ends up coming out, he sits down for three and a half hours and goes through my blood work."
White was shocked to learn that he had been given just over 10 years left to live.
"I'm all f****ed up. Everything that can be bad can be possibly bad. He gave me 10.4 years to live," added White.

"This was 16 weeks ago and he said to me 'If you don't change these things, this is your life expectancy.' He told me everything that was wrong with me, s*** I hadn't even told my wife.
"And he says, 'If you do everything I tell you to do for the next 10 weeks it will change your life.' I did everything he said to the letter, and I lost 30lbs.
"Everything is gone in 10 f***ing weeks, I have been working with doctors for 10 years and they haven't been able to do anything. This guy is incredible and he can literally change your life.
"I feel like I’m 35 years old again. Swear to god, I feel like I'm 35 again."
