Sky Sports were forced to apologise after Rory McIlroy issued an X-rated response to a fan at the Ryder Cup.
On Saturday, the 2025 Ryder Cup resumed as Team USA looked to chase down defending champions Team Europe.
The defending champions had a brilliant opening day as they had a score of five-and-a-half points compared to the American score of two-and-a-half points at the end of play.
In order to win the Ryder Cup again, Team Europe would need to collect 14 points overall, while the Americans would need to score 14-and-a-half points to win the tournament on home soil.

After the incident, McIlroy sent a brilliant shot onto the green, which landed close to the hole.
Teammate Fleetwood then put away the putt to win the match for Team Europe.
Reacting to McIlroy's shot, golf legend Laura Daveis said: "Feels like he likes it. Absolutely magnificent. Do not try to irritate these boys out here because they will respond every time..."

Speaking after defeating English and Morikawa, McIlroy said: "You have to be strong mentally out here, focus on the task at hand. In the team format you can stick together a bit, which makes it a little bit easier.
"I love playing with Tommy [Fleetwood], it's an absolute pleasure."
He added: "We had a great time in Rome and we have been able to back that up with two great wins here.
"I am excited with where the team is at but we have to keep the foot down."
