Two Arsenal Fans Take Wenger Out Protest To The Next Level

Oh dear...

The Wenger Out Protests at Arsenal recently have ramped up.

There have been banners flown on planes above stadiums, banners brought to the game, marches around the Emirates and even an anti-Wenger diss track made.

Even more bizarrely, the Wenger Out protests made their way to Wrestlemania...

But now the the protests have gone to a whole new level completely this morning.

That's because a couple of Arsenal fans have stood outside the training ground with a number of banners.

One dressed up as Alexis Sanchez and had two cuddly toy dogs next to him whilst holding an 'Alexis In' and 'Wenger Out' banner.

The other grown man put a Wenger mask on and held a cup that read '4th place trophy' - a clearly prestigious accolade.

There's even a little clip of the two fans staging their protests:

The latest protest prompted plenty of reaction on Twitter:

Wenger is still yet to make an announcement on his future and was again asked the question of when that announcement is coming, and again reiterated that he will reveal his decision soon.

But surely, a couple of fans dressed up outside the London Colney facility with banners is going to make him change his mind, right?

The Gunners look to put an end to their wretched run of form with a win over West Ham at the Emirates tonight, though you'd bet your house on there being more protests as well as boos directed at the manager if they don't pick up three points.

After the 2-2 draw with Manchester City on Sunday, Arsenal remain in sixth position, two points behind Manchester United and seven behind City - though they do have a game in hand over the latter.
