He'd be the first Englishman to move there.

The Chinese Super League is becoming awash with unwanted Chelsea stars and after Oscar heads off to the Far East he could be followed by his captain John Terry. And it's fair to say Terry won't be earning pennies.

The CSL has become big news in Europe with the clubs having seemingly unlimited pots of money to pinch stars still in their prime and they've become a genuine threat to signing players that the biggest teams over here might want.

Oscar is reported to become the third highest paid player in the world when he makes the move so it's no surprise that he's willing to move from the Stamford Bridge bench to play over there.

And that's exactly why Terry could be tempted to make the move too. According to the Independent, Shanghai Shenhua are willing to offer the 36 year old around £12 million a season to move.

Should Terry accept any offer from Shanghai then he'd be joining up with a former teammate. The team are managed by former Sunderland boss Gus Poyet who played at Stamford Bridge with Terry.

Chelsea have once again confirmed that their captain won't be offered a new deal at the end of the season. The same happened last season but eventually he was given a new deal.

So far Terry has only started four league games for Antonio Conte and a January move to the Far East might attract him.

Could any of us turn down £12 million?
