Eden Hazard could be a Real Madrid player as early as Monday with reports in Spain saying that the club will hold an unveiling for the Chelsea forward at the beginning of next week.

Is there anyone who doesn't think that Eden Hazard will leave Chelsea for Real Madrid this summer? There has been an air of inevitability about the transfer for about a year and it now feels closer than ever.

Hazard has been talking about his dream to play for Real and be managed by Zinedine Zidane so long that it'd almost be easy to forget he's been contracted to Chelsea for the entire time.

With only one year left on his deal at Chelsea the Belgian has been rumoured to be leaving this summer and the shadow of that deal has been hanging over the Europa League final build up for the Blues.

However it seems that it won't be hanging over Chelsea for much longer. According to Spanish outlet AS the transfer will be announced on Monday with Los Blancos setting up the unveiling at the Bernabeu.

The report adds the caveat that it will only happen as long as there is no complications to the transfer negotiations between the two clubs.

Previously it's been reported that there had been £26 million between how much Chelsea wanted and how much the Spanish side would pay but it's now expected they'll agree a £115 million fee.

The paper go on to say that Real also have presentations for Luka Jovic, from Eintracht Frankfurt, and Ferland Mendy, from Lyon, in the 'pipeline.'

Jovic's move is reportedly already agreed and the La Liga side are expecting full back Mendy to follow the striker and Hazard to the Bernabeu.

The dates for the latter two unveilings, and that of Rodrygo from Santos who has already agreed to move to the club in the summer, are yet to be decided but will follow Hazard's.

Zidane was expected to make big changes to the team this summer as soon as he returned as manager, especially as the club failed to replace Cristiano Ronaldo last summer.

As well as those mentioned the Spanish side have also been linked with Paul Pogba and Christian Eriksen.
