Following the signings of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, Paris Saint-Germain are now plotting another huge bid to lure one of the most in-demand attackers in Europe.

PSG splashed out nearly £400 million to sign Neymar then Mbappe, in the summer. The pair have hit the ground running, scoring goals domestically and in Europe.

Though the biggest takeaway since Neymar's arrival is the beef between him and Edinson Cavani. The Uruguayan striker has refused to budge on spot-kick duties which has prompted on-field arguments, and more.

Neymar and Cavani reportedly had a dressing room bust-up following the Lyon game, and the Brazilian has even allegedly demanded PSG sell the player, according to Spanish outlet SPORT.

Could club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi really offload Cavani in January or in the summer transfer window?

Well, it appears he's already eyeing up a replacement. Per reports via ITV, PSG are in 'pole position' to snap up Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal.

The Chilean has entered his final year of his contract with the player heavily linked with a move away in January.

And while it seemed like Manchester City were odds on to acquire his services, PSG have now emerged as favourites to sign Sanchez.

PSG are even prepared to offer him a staggering £400,000-a-week contract.

Manchester City failed to sign Sanchez on transfer deadline day, despite tabling a £60 million offer. Pep Guardiola remains hellbent on reuniting with the player at the Etihad following their stint together at Barcelona.

But they now face stiff competition from the free-spending Ligue 1 leaders.
