After lighting up the Championship in the 2017/18 season for Fulham, Sessegnon has lost a lot of his hype. After Fulham's disappointing lone season back in the Premier League, Sessegnon joined Tottenham Hotspur for an estimated £25 million with Spurs valuing him as part of their future English core.
However, Sessegnon has barely appeared under current Spurs manager Jose Mourinho. With him only appearing in four Premier League games, the hopeful wonderkid might be leaving England soon.
According to SkySports, Barcelona has reportedly showed interest in Sessegnon with the hopes of swapping him for the likes of Nelson Semedo, or Samuel Umtiti. The left-back and centre-back pairing have constantly been in the rumour mill with their time at Barcelona seeming to be up.

Barcelona has already had talks with Tottenham about the upcoming summer transfer window but over a different player. Sources said that Barcelona had offered a loan deal for Tanguy Ndombele which was promptly rejected by Daniel Levy.
Although the swap deal between Barcelona with Arthur Melo and Miralem Pjanic changing sides have cooled Barcelona's interest in Ndombele.
The Spanish giants are keen to add another left-back to their ranks, albeit prioritising a centre-forward such as Inter Milan's Lautaro Martinez.

Barcelona's intrigue in the 20-year-old extends back more than two years since their scouts were in the stands at Wembley to watch him in the 2018 Championship play-off final.
