He's one of the most sought-after youngsters in world football with the Blues set to test Dortmund's resolve in the summer.
According to widespread reports, Chelsea are interested in signing Bellingham as they ready a £100 million bid.
What's more, it's suggested the club are convinced he will be a better fit than Declan Rice, who was heavily linked with a switch to Stamford Bridge last summer.
Thomas Tuchel plans to recruit new talent at the end of the season with reports saying that Chelsea are the club most interested in Bellingham's services.
Liverpool are also keeping tabs on the superstar midfielder, but it is the West London outfit pursuing him the most.
Dortmund, though, will be doing everything in their powers to hold onto one of their prized assets.
Bellingham, who cost £25 million from Birmingham City in 2020, has played 39 games in all competitions for Dortmund this season.
Asked about his performance and age, he replied: "I cannot believe it.
"Maybe he's a liar! He's so good for 17 years old!"
He added: "I saw one image where he didn't get the ball from the central defenders and how he shouted, how he demands the ball to him at 17 years old means a lot.
"I spoke with his manager Edin and he told me that 'Pep, what you are seeing in these two games is every time in training sessions.'
"So, they have a huge talent."
Will Bellingham head to England's top flight in the summer? Watch this space.
