Real Madrid have made no secrets about wanting a new No.1 following their desire to snap up Premier League duo David De Gea and Thibaut Courtois.
The pair of brilliant stoppers continue to be linked with a move back to Madrid, and to fend off competition from Real it appears Manchester United are set to table a massive contract.
De Gea's current deal expires in 2019 and is reportedly raking in a whopping £200,000-a-week but according to The Star, he's set to be offered an even bigger contract.
(David De Gea has become one of United's most consistent performers.)

It's believed he'll earn a new deal which will see him rub shoulders with the clubs highest paid player in Wayne Rooney.
The United skipper is pocketing £300,000-a-week, and De Gea could be in line to receive a similar pay package to entice him to prolong his stay at Old Trafford.
(Could the Belgium international make a sensational return to Madrid?)

The La Liga giants failed in their attempt to sign the Spaniard a few years back, though they've renewed their interest as they seek a replacement for Keylor Navas.
But if they're unsuccessful again, it appears they'll plant their cross-hairs on Chelsea's main man between the sticks, whose family still live in the Spanish capital.
Interesting times ahead. Watch this space.
