It's NOT Gareth Bale! Sorry, if any Manchester United fans still thought their team had a chance of signing the Real Madrid winger I thought I'd rip that plaster straight off. But United are on the verge of another signing.
Last summer Jose Mourinho added four men to the squad that he was presented with when he arrived to replace Louis van Gaal. In came Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Eric Bailly, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Paul Pogba. A pretty decent transfer window,
The Red Devils then captured the EFL Cup and the Europa League in their first season under the former Real Madrid manager. But more was needed and so far this summer he's added Romelu Lukaku, Victor Lindelof and Nemanja Matic to Old Trafford.

The Super Cup loss against Real pointed out that United are still someway short of the elite clubs and may need some more quality to come through the doors this summer.
According to reports in France a fourth signing might not be too far off. PSG correspondent at ESPN and Goal, Loic Tanzi, reports that the 13 time Premier League champions have agreed a deal with PSG defender Serge Aurier:

It's not the first time that Aurier has been linked with a move to United but it's the first time more details have been given with a five year contract reportedly being agreed with player and club.
Obviously the next part of any negotiation would have to be with the Ivorian defender's current club, although Aurier is available for the right offer so that might not be too difficult.

United are clearly in the market for a full-back and have been heavily linked with Danny Rose especially after the Spurs defender claimed he wanted a move north before the end of his career whilst criticising the club during an interview.
Will United make Aurier their fourth signing? How many more will there be?
