Yaya Toure is frozen out at Manchester City failing to break into Pep Guardiola's side for the second time in his playing career and big bro Kolo has given his thoughts on where the midfielder should play at.

It doesn't help when your agent spouts nonsense to the press; Dimitri Seluk publicly criticised Pep for Toure's omission in the Champions League squad among other things.

While the Ivorian continues to be left with a role off the pitch, brother, Kolo, feels a move to France's Ligue 1 is the right switch. Speaking to RMC Sport the Celtic defender said;

"He still has talent and some things to prove. Of course, it's difficult at City at the moment. We've all been through that. We're at the top and at some point you go down. He has to understand that and maybe go for a change of air, to go somewhere where people want you."

While claiming a move to Marseille would do him wonders being a great club; "Honestly, I haven't talked to him about that (Marseille)."

The 33-year-old enjoyed the one season in France with Monaco, and Kolo feels the familiarity of the league will benefit him; "He's still at City, I respect that. But OM is a great club. He knows the French championship well, so it could be a great club for him."
