Chelsea may have walked away with the title pretty easily last season but that doesn't mean that Antonio Conte is about to accept his current team as good enough. The Blues are hoping to make a big money move soon.
Antonio Conte wasn't expected to have quite such a big impact on the Premier League in just one season but the Italian managed to take a failing Blues side from 10th one season to champions a year later.
On top of that the Italian also moved to a back three, a system that was copied by Tottenham, Arsenal and others at different times of the season. The former Juventus boss got his transfers spot on to change to the system too.

The success in the transfer window was a bit of a surprise considering Marco Alonso and David Luiz looked very much like panic buys. But despite the success it looks like Alonso could be replaced.
That's because Chelsea have been heavily linked with Juventus left-back Alex Sandro for a £55 million fee and Juve director general Beppe Marotta confirmed that the club have had a bid:
"A substantial offer has arrived for Alex Sandro. We have no intention of selling anyone, but if a player decides to leave, as has happened in previous years, then at the end of the day he has to go, because we don't keep anyone against their will.
"But at the moment there are no such situations and I hope nobody will leave."

The Old Lady might be denying that Sandro is set to leave right now but according to reports in Brazil, via Football Italia, the Italian champions are already eyeing up a replacement for the full-back.
They say that Juve are in advanced talks with French side Nice to bring in fellow Brazilian left-back Dalbert with the club willing to meet a €15 million asking price that rivals Inter weren't willing to meet.

Chelsea's move for Sandro does feel a bit harsh on Alonso who was brilliant on his return to England and you'd have thought that Victor Moses at right-wingback was more easily replaceable.
Can Chelsea recreate their success next season?
