Arsenal and Manchester United are both tussling it out for Monaco's Ruben Vinagre.
The 18-year old, a Portugal youth international, has yet to make a first-team appearance at the Principality club after joining as a youth player from Sporting CP.

He was sent out on loan to Portuguese second tier outfit Académica de Coimbra in the summer of 2016, but didn't even make a single appearance due to the deal not being sanctioned by FIFA as he was under 18 at the time.
However, his second loan spell has been much more successful. After signing a new deal until 2022 at Monaco, he was loaned out to Championship outfit Wolves, becoming one of the many Portuguese players to ply their trade at Molineux, with super agent Jorge Mendes said to be involved in the club's dealings..
In the West Midlands, the left-back has been a permanent fixture in Nuno Espirito Santo's side, making eight appearances and scoring once.

His new contract at Monaco would suggest that those in the south of France have faith in Vinagre, but he does have plenty of other admirers.
Record say that both Arsenal and United have been keeping tabs on his performances in the second tier, where Wolves are two points clear at the top.
