Rasmus Hojlund has an agreement in principle with Paris Saint-Germain, with the update worrying Manchester United fans.

Hojlund has been the subject of intense transfer speculation, with PSG and Man United thought to be keen on snapping him up this summer.

He's agreed personal terms with the Premier League outfit, who are unwilling to spend more than £60 million for the Atalanta starlet.

Man United have been frustrated in their negotiations with the Serie A club, who have slapped a mammoth £86 million price tag on their prized asset.

PSG could now hijack the transfer, having also reached an agreement in principle with the 20-year-old, according to RMC.

So, the budding prospect now has agreements in principle with both PSG and Man United.

The transfer update has worried Man United fans on social media as they believe the club could miss out on one of their main targets.

One Twitter user wrote: "Relax? U know this club messes up deals."

A second tweeted: "Nahh Utd are about to blow this."

A third added: "Oh no this doesn’t end well does it..."

A fourth said: "I won’t be surprised if we lose him to PSG."

Another referenced Kim Min-jae who signed for Bayern Munich: "This was same issue with Kim now Rasmus it’s not funny at all."

Man United have acquired Mason Mount, Andre Onana and Jonny Evans, who penned a short-term deal, so far this transfer window, with Erik ten Hag looking to bring in a new forward ahead of the 2023/24 season.

Tottenham's Harry Kane was briefly linked with a move to Old Trafford as the Dutch boss continues to keep tabs on the young Dane.
