A stunning Julian Alvarez transfer update has emerged in the wake of Atletico Madrid's crushing defeat to Arsenal in the Champions League.
Arsenal battered Atletico 4-0 at the Emirates on Tuesday after the visitors had filed a complaint before kick-off.
The Gunners came to life in the second-half, scoring four unanswered goals - with Gabriel, Gabriel Martinelli and Viktor Gyokeres (x2) getting on the score-sheet.
It's three wins out of three games in the Champions League for Arsenal, who have enjoyed a terrific start to the new season.

As for Atletico, it's their second defeat in this season's Champions League campaign and their latest setback may come at a big price.
Alvarez, who played the entire game against Arsenal, has begun questioning the project at the club.
That's according to Spanish outlet SPORT, who claim Alvarez thinks if he cannot win titles with Atletico, it would be better to leave.

The bruising defeat against Arsenal has compounded this feeling.
But Alvarez could remain in the La Liga given Barcelona are keeping an eye on his situation ahead of making a potential move next summer.
Barca could look to the Argentine forward, 25, as a long-term replacement for Robert Lewandowski, who turned 37 this year.
The Catalans will have to weigh up their options next summer as there is the potential they will sign Marcus Rashford on a permanent deal for around £26 million.

Alvarez joined Atletico from Manchester City in the summer of 2024 for £81.5 million.
The fee was made up of an initial £64.4 million with a further £17.1 million in potential add-ons.
He has scored 36 goals in 68 matches across all competitions for Atletico following his move from Man City.
Alvarez has yet to win a major trophy with Atletico, having finished third in last season's La Liga campaign.
