Jude Bellingham became the latest Galactico this summer as he made the move to Spanish giants Real Madrid.

The 20-year-old is a star in the making, He has been identified as a special talent ever since making his debut aged just 16 for Birmingham City, before moving to Borussia Dortmund for a reported initial £25 million in the summer of 2020.

Bellingham already has 26 England caps to his name and two goals so far for the Three Lions, with his best game for Gareth Southgate's side perhaps coming last time out in a 3-1 win over Scotland.

After three seasons with the Bundesliga side, Bellingham completed a move to Spanish giants Real, signing a six-year contract for an initial €103million (£88million), with another €30million (£25million) expected in add-ons.

It's fair to say that Bellingham could play for any side in the world, with both Liverpool and Manchester United linked with the midfielder in the past.

But not all sides in world football appeared to share that view.

French outfit Paris Saint-Germain have seen some huge players depart this summer, with Lionel Messi heading to MLS side Inter Miami and Neymar moving to Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal, while there are also question marks over Kylian Mbappe's long-term future.

His contract at PSG expires next summer and, with no indication he will extend that deal, a move to the Santiago Bernabeu is a potential prospect on the horizon.

But according to a report from French publication Le Parisien, PSG's sporting director Luis Campos decided against the idea of signing Bellingham this summer.

And the reason for this is due to the emergence of 17-year-old midfielder Warren Zaire-Emery, who they believe is already of the same calibre as Bellingham.

Zaire-Emery has already made 36 appearances and scored twice for PSG, but only time will tell whether he ends up being on the same level as Bellingham.
