Chelsea and AC Milan are 'working' on a sensational swap deal with three players involved, according to stunning reports.

Chelsea offloaded several players during the January transfer, including Ben Chilwell and Carney Chukwuemeka, who joined Crystal Palace and Borussia Dortmund respectively.

Not to mention Joao Felix, who was linked with a switch to Aston Villa before penning a deal with Milan until the end of the season.

Felix made an instant impression on his debut as he scored in his new side's 3-1 victory over AS Roma.

And, according to Calciomercato, Milan want to make the move a permanent transfer in the summer.

Furthermore, the Italian giants could offer the Blues either Rafael Leao or Fikayo Tomori as part of a potential deal for the Portuguese forward.

Leao has been linked with a transfer away from the San Siro over the years, with a potential Milan departure on the cards, which could help the club facilitate a move for Felix.

Tomori, who graduated from Chelsea's youth academy, has also been the subject of intense transfer speculation, with reports linking him with a January move to Tottenham.

Felix, meanwhile, played second fiddle under Enzo Maresca this season, making just 12 Premier League appearances.

Speaking about his transfer to Milan, the 25-year-old seemed to suggest he would be happy to stay at Milan beyond this season.

"We’ve had two victories. I had the opportunity to play at San Siro and score for Milan,” he said said in his unveiling press conference.

"I knew about the greatness of this club, Milan are huge. From the outside, you can see it’s a very big club, and when you’re inside, you realise you’re in one of the biggest clubs in Europe.

"I already knew the coach, I had played against him, and I followed him.

"I told him what I expected: to play in my role. He never told me if I would play a lot or a little, but to play in my role. That’s what convinced me to come to Milan.

"For now, I’m on loan until June. Let’s see how it goes. At the moment, I’m really enjoying everything: the club, the people, the facilities.

"I’ve been welcomed very well. The most important thing is to be where I feel good, and I feel good here.

"Then, in football, things can change, but if there’s a possibility to stay at Milan, I would like that.

"I immediately loved the atmosphere at San Siro. I’ve experienced this kind of environment at Benfica and Atletico Madrid, but I must say the atmosphere here was different.

"I didn’t expect such a welcome; you could really feel the fans’ affection. It was an incredible atmosphere, and I hope it continues like this."
