Bayern Munich have submitted a 'new offer of more than €100 million' for Harry Kane, according to stunning reports.

Kane has been the subject of intense transfer speculation this summer, with a move away from Tottenham on the cards.

Bayern have expressed their interest in signing the England captain, having had offers rebuffed by the Premier League club.

But, according to Florian Plettenberg of Sky Germany, the Bundesliga giants have submitted an improved offer of more than €100 million, with bonus payments included.

Bayern bosses expect an answer from Daniel Levy in the coming hours.

The latest bid for the 30-year-old comes after reports claim Bayern have set a deadline of midnight on Friday for Spurs to accept their proposal.

All parties involved are keen to have his future resolved quickly, with the new Premier League season just a week away.

If Bayern fail to secure a deal for Kane, he's expected to remain at Spurs for the final year of his contract before potentially leaving on a free transfer next summer.

Thomas Tuchel's side are considering alternative transfer targets if an agreement is not reached with Spurs for Kane.

Napoli frontman Victor Osimhen, who scored 31 goals in all competitions last season, has also been linked with a move to the German champions.

The Spurs star, meanwhile, enjoyed an ultra-prolific campaign last season as he bagged an impressive 30 league goals - only Manchester City's Erling Haaland scored more league goals than him in England's top flight.
