Three Premier League Clubs Offered Andrea Belotti

The former Torino striker is currently available on a free transfer after his contract expired in Serie A and he's looking for a new club.

Italy striker Andrea Belotti has been offered around the Premier League clubs, with three clubs in need of a striker given the chance to get his services.

Belotti has been a brilliant striker in Serie A for many years and his contract at Torino expired at the end of last season, after his poorest season for seven years.

The 28-year-old is still a regular for Roberto Mancini in the national team but has so far struggled to find a new team, despite the fact he wouldn't cost anything.

Belotti has now been offered to three clubs in England's top tier, as his agent attempts to get him a new club for the upcoming campaign.

According to the Sun, Newcastle United, Everton and West Ham have all been given the chance to sign him, with all three desperate to sign a striker this summer.

Newcastle had been after Hugo Ekitike this summer from Reims, having also wanted to sign him in January, but haven't been able to sign the Frenchman.

The 20-year-old has instead moved to PSG on loan, and will sign permanently next summer, leaving Eddie Howe to look for another option.

They have also been linked with bringing former striker Ivan Toney back to St James' Park, with a potential £30 million transfer, just four years after he left for £650,000.

Equally, Frank Lampard's side also need a striker, having let Richarlison go to sign for Tottenham Hotspur earlier this summer, leaving them with Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

The Toffees weren't far off being relegated last season and needed a win in the penultimate game of the campaign to secure their future in the top tier.

Their problems look set to carry on though, having lost 4-0 to MLS side Minnesota United in a pre season game, with Dele Alli missing an absolute sitter.

David Moyes is hoping to find more cover upfront, with Michail Antonio almost exclusively playing in the role last season and running out of steam early in 2022.

They have previously been linked with Chelsea's Armando Broja and Sassuolo forward Gianluca Scamacca, whilst they also missed out on Jesse Lingard.
