Leigh Griffiths' free-kick against Ross County this afternoon was a thing of beauty.

The Scotland international was named on the bench for the game in Dingwall, with Brendan Rodgers preferring to go with Moussa Dembele in attack.

But he was brought on in the second half as Celtic looked to break down a very stubborn Staggies team with the score at 0-0.

And Griffiths produced the goods to break the deadlock, brilliantly curling the ball home from a 30-yard free-kick:

You knew it was going to take some moment of class to break the deadlock either way - and Griffiths will be very happy that he managed to climb off the bench and do it. Celtic held on for another win to make it an incredible 64 domestic games unbeaten.

The former Hibs and Wolves striker has an eye for the sublime from dead-ball situations, notably bagging two left-footed belters three minutes apart for Scotland against England in the dramatic 2-2 draw at Hampden Park in June
