Jose Mourinho was not the happiest person in Bristol following his side's shock loss to 'City' on Wednesday night in the Carabao Cup quarter final. Before the match though Mourinho was in happy mood meeting the mascots.

After the match Jose Mourinho wasn't everyone in Bristol's favourite person after he failed to drink Lee Johnson's wine and said that the Championship side were 'lucky.'

However before kick off he was seen high fiving all of the mascots for the game and one lucky kid even had his boots signed by the former Real Madrid manager:

There couldn't have been many people who would have predicted what was going to happen in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night, despite fielding a side with Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Paul Pogba United were outfought and outplayed by their Championship opponents.

Joe Bryan smacked the home side ahead with a great shot that beat Sergio Romero. Zlatan Ibrahimovic managed to equalise soon after from a free kick, given for a soft challenge on Paul Pogba.

The Premier League club would have been expected to go on and win the game, especially after they replaced Daley Blind with Romelu Lukaku but instead it was Korey Smith who bagged the winner in stoppage time and kicking off brilliant scenes at Ashton Gate.

The Robbins are now the only non Premier League side left in the competition with Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea the other qualifiers from this week's quarters.

In the semi-finals the south west side will take on Premier League leaders Manchester City over two legs but having already beaten four sides from the top tier they will hold no fear!
