FC Koln fans have made a heart-warming gesture to an orphanage in Serbia, after purchasing ticket packages to Red Star Belgrade's home games.
Prior to their Europa League opener against Arsenal earlier this month, FC Koln hadn't made an appearance in European competition for 25 years.
However, as soon as the Bundesliga side were given a group during the Europa League draw, their supporters immediately purchased tickets for all three of Red Star's, Arsenal's and BATE Borisov's home games.

This of course backfired during FC Koln's match against Arsenal, with the kick-off being postponed by an hour as security at the Emirates struggled to segregate the home and away supporters.

The German club have since been heavily criticised after reports suggested 20,000 fans made the trip to the Emirates, despite only being granted 3,000 tickets for the match.
However, the FC Koln supporters have now somewhat redeemed themselves, by donating tickets to an orphanage in Belgrade.
In their rush to purchase tickets for their away match against Red Star, FC Koln fans bought package tickets, which included Red Star's matches against Arsenal and BATE Borisov.
As they have no intention of watching these games, the FC Koln fans have now donated the tickets to the city's orphaned children, as per fan account @RedStarEnglish:
