Sadio Mane is close to agreeing a three-year deal with Bayern Munich and is expected to cost €30 million (£25 million), according to stunning reports.

Mane will enter the final year of his Liverpool deal in June, with Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain circling ahead of tabling an offer.

But it appears Bayern are in pole position to land the Senegalese international, with French outlet L'Equipe claiming he's close to agreeing a deal with the Bundesliga side.

The 30-year-old is set to command a transfer fee of €30 million (£25 million).

Bayern sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic had met the player's agent to express the club's interest.

Mane informed him that Bayern is an attractive destination.

The German giants have made him their primary target this summer as they look to replace the outgoing Robert Lewandowski.

The Polish international, 33, has been strongly linked with a move to Barcelona, who are thought to be leading the chase to sign the prolific forward.

Mane, meanwhile, has enjoyed six years at Anfield since his move from Southampton in 2016.

He's scored 120 goals for the club, winning the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, EFL Cup and the Club World Cup.

Mane was asked about his Liverpool future ahead of his side's Champions League final against Real Madrid.

He gave an ominous answer to being asked whether he'd still be at Anfield next season.

"I think the question is a very good question, for now it’ll be difficult for me to answer," he said.

"But for sure I am very focused on the Champions League. Ask me the question after the Champions League, I will answer you."

Will the Champions League final be Mane's final game for Liverpool? Stay tuned.
