Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 56th hat-trick for club and country on Monday afternoon as Juventus knocked four goals past Cagliari in a 4-0 drubbing.
Maurizio Sarri's side went three points ahead in the Serie A table, and it was that man Ronaldo who opened the scoring in the 49th minute with a cool finish.
He soon converted from the penalty spot before completing his hat-trick in the 82nd minute; a truly remarkable feat just six days into the new year.
Gonzalo Higuain also found the net late on as Juventus romped to victory.

In terms of Ronaldo's contribution against Rolando Maran's side, it means that the Portuguese international has scored a hat trick in 10 different competitions during his career.
These include the likes of the Premier League, La Liga and European Championship qualifying.
Ronaldo's heroics come just days after former Italy manager Fabio Capello claimed the 34-year-old 'no longer has the sprint and dribbling of the past.'

In an interview with Gazzetta Dello Sport, Capello did, however, say he was the best centre forward in the world.
"Ronaldo in trouble? He is the best centre forward in the world." he said.
"Nobody like him knows how to exploit all the balls possible in the penalty area. He no longer has the sprint and dribbling of the past: he has to play in the box, as the English say."
Is Ronaldo the best centre forward in the world?
