Borussia Dortmund kept the title race alive with a 3-2 win over SV Werder Bremen on Saturday. Thomas Tuchel's late substitutes Shinji Kagawa and Adrian Ramos turned the tide with a goal each in the final 15 minutes at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK. Aubameyang sprung the offside trap, and then the deadlock, after 53 minutes, chipping the ball over Wiedwald for his 23rd Bundesliga goal of the 2015/16 campaign. BVB's lead did not last long, with Alejandro Galvez's shot deflecting in off Gonzalo Castro before Zlatko Junuzovic steered home from close range.
Sensing the game was slipping away, Tuchel brought Kagawa, Ramos and Christian Pulisic on for the final 15 minutes, and the substitutes changed the face of the game. Kagawa made it 2-2 from point-blank range three minutes after his introduction, and Ramos headed home Henrikh Mkhitaryan's ball into the box to score his sixth goal of the season to return FC Bayern München's lead at the top to five points. What. A. Game.

Player of the Week
Borussia Mönchengladbach fans witnessed Thorgan Hazard's coming of age in Matchday 28's 5-0 drubbing of Hertha BSC. The 23-year-old Belgium international forward's spellbinding display yielded two goals as Gladbach moved up to fourth in the standings, but also served as a timely reminder that immense potential does not necessarily guarantee overnight success.
Hazard's first came about after a mistake by Hertha goalkeeper Rune Jarstein had gifted possession straight to Mahmoud Dahoud, yet the finish was indicative of a player bristling with confidence, enjoying a run of nine successive appearances in the starting line-up. An indirect assist for Patrick Herrmann preceded his second of the afternoon, before he made way to a vociferous standing ovation with seven minutes remaining - a great day all round for the former Chelsea man.

Goal of the Week
"Franck #Ribery with an absolute blockbuster!" @FCBayernEN star nets with sensational scissor kick volley. https://t.co/NExKhBD13E
- BT Sport Football (@btsportfootball) April 3, 2016
With Kingsley Coman sidelined with injury, it was Bayern's more experienced Frenchman who took centre stage this weekend. Franck Ribery's creativity had already threatened to provide the breakthrough before he leapt to brilliantly volley into the net after Mario Götze's shot had ricocheted up off Lukas Hradecky.
He was understandably delighted: "I've not scored a goal like that before. It was great to do it here in front of our fans." The former France international was creative, combative and - ultimately - the difference between Bayern and Eintracht Frankfurt to keep the reigning champions five points clear at the top. And what a strike with which to do it...
Moment of the Week
Hoffenheim moved out of the bottom three for the first time since matchday 8 as Kevin Volland's last-gasp equaliser rescued them a share of the spoil in a 1-1 draw with 1. FC Köln. The Billy Goats broke the deadlock with their first shot on goal in the second half, Simon Zoller sweeping home Jonas Hector's low cross from eight yards. However, Volland provided the late heroics, squeezing in the rebound after Kramaric's initial effort was saved by Horn to ensure the spoils were shared.
Rightly labelled one of TSG's potential saviours in the relegation battle, Volland put a frustrating afternoon behind him by stepping up when it mattered most for his side. The German international had the most shots (four) of any player on the pitch, but it was the last one that made the difference. The great escape could still be on!
Flop of the Week
Schalke were embarrassed at the hands of Ingolstadt on Saturday afternoon in Bavaria. Moritz Hartmann nonchalantly stroked in from the penalty spot following a foul on Dario Lezcano by Junior Caicara shortly before the half-hour mark and Lukas Hinterseer capped a brilliantly flowing move with a fine low finish on the stoke of half-time to add to Schalke's woes.
S04 had been the better side until Hartmann's opener, but the visitors rarely threatened in the second half. There was an element of luck involved as Roman Neustädter's attempted clearance was directed back into the danger zone by Danny da Costa, with Lezcano on hand to put the result beyond any doubt. The Royal Blues are still in the hunt for the Champions League spots but can't afford to play like that again this season.
Story of the Week
Hannover 96 have parted company with head coach Thomas Schaaf. The 54-year-old was informed of the decision on Sunday afternoon. He has been replaced by current U19 boss Daniel Stendel. "After losing 10 out of the last 11 games we decided that a change was needed in order to give the team a new spark ahead of the rest of the season. We know that we're in a bad position but survival is still possible," explained sporting director Martin Bader.
"It wasn't an easy decision to make. Thomas works extremely hard and is determined to meet goals. He worked alongside the other coaches to try and achieved positive results here, however, that didn't happen," added Bader. It's probably too little, too late for the Reds but it's certainly worth a go.
