Chris Kamara is set for a dramatic return to TV following his emotional Sky Sports departure.

Kamara, affectionately known as 'Kammy', left Sky Sports after 24 years with the company back in May 2022.

He was best known for his role on Soccer Saturday, having also appeared on Soccer AM and Goals on Sunday.

But he's set to return to our screens after confirming his stunning comeback.

Kamara, 66, took to social media to confirm that he will he reporting back to former Sky Sports colleague Jeff Stelling for the Boxing Day Premier League clash between Nottingham Forest and Tottenham on Amazon.

"Best phone call ever this afternoon. Inviting me to do the Forest v Spurs game on Boxing Day," he wrote on X, accompanied with a picture of himself and Stelling.

"Reporting back to the Unbelievable @JeffStelling in the studio. I thought I was done, so it’s a big thank you Amazon. 'I'm back'."

Stelling, who left Sky Sports in 2023, replied: "And I am looking forward to it as much as you mate. There’s a goal at the City ground but for who Chris Kamara ?……"

Laura Woods commented: "Love this."

Forest's game against Spurs is one of 10 games which will be aired exclusively live on Amazon across Boxing Day and December 27.
